How do I create a OC Clean Account?

OC Clean accounts are automatically created. If you would like to create an account without scheduling an appointment (referral bonuses, affiliates, etc), you can do so by clicking here.

Do you service my area?

We service the following areas, but are not limited to:
Aliso Viejo, Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Dana Point, Fountain Valley, Fullerton, Irvine, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, and Santa Ana, and Talega.

How much will it cost?

Maids & cleaning service vary depending on the size of your home. We offer flat-rate pricing so there is no surprises. You can see our pricing here

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, cleaners provide all of their own supplies. If you would like them to use something specific, please note it during checkout.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

You can request extra tasks, but all extras must be requested through customer service. Cleaners do not deal with negotiating and adding on pricing terms.

You can change your password in your account area. Go to my Account

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by visiting the Reset Your Password page. You can also email us at support@occlean.com and a customer service rep will be happy to help you.

How do I change my address?

You can change your address by logging into the OC Clean customer backend. Click Here

How do I change my credit card?

You can manually edit/change/remove your debit/credit cards as needed. To do so, visit your account by clicking here

How do I book my first appointment?

You can book you first appointment by visiting the Appointment page, and picking a time that works for you.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

We rigorously vet all of our Cleaners, who undergo identity checks as well as in-person interviews.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

OC Clean covers all damages incurred by cleaners during an appointment. If you would like to file a complaint or claim, please visit Contact Us to do so.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes, all of your billing information is encrypted and secure.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

We rigorously vet all of our Cleaners, who undergo identity checks as well as in-person interviews. They undergo 3rd party background checks to ensure they meet OC Clean standards.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?
